Numbers are source-linked
Every figure in an output carries a citation to the document or observation it came from, and the citation resolves. You can open the filing, the announcement, or the price observation behind any number without leaving the page.
Enforced byClaim gate: an output sentence carrying a figure with no resolvable evidence ID is removed before delivery.
Numbers are timestamped
Figures are dated to the observation, not to the moment you asked. A Monday brief reading Friday’s close says so, and prices are presented as dated observations rather than as reactions to the news beside them.

Unsupported claims are withheld
Where the evidence does not support a read, Briefed says nothing rather than filling the gap. A brief that would have included one weak claim ships without it, and flags that the claim was withheld.

Limitations are shown, not hidden
